Transforming Faces Worldwide (TFW), is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that promotes the availability of multidisciplinary cleft care for children and adults in developing countries by establishing and funding projects to improve access to long-term medical treatment for related craniofacial disorders.


To this end, TFW seeks to make a major contribution to the development, facilitation and promotion of multidisciplinary CLP management through local capacity building, encouragement and strengthening of approved locap CLP organizations whose focus is on economically disadvantaged children and adults born with craniofacial disorders in the developing world.
