Meet the people who make TFW's work possible!
Recently, TFW welcomed its medical partners from Thailand to receive training at the world-renowned Hospital for Sick Children. In honour of the Thai visitors and to raise awareness for TFW, a fundraising event was held at the Quan-Schieder Fine Art Gallery in Yorkville. Over 120 supporters turned out on a beautiful spring evening to enjoy fine art, wine and delicious hors d'oeuvres, and to bid on enticing silent auction items.
About $10,000 was raised from the event, with 100% of the funds directed to hepling children with cleft lip and palate. For a limited time, a private foundation is matching every dollar raised, ensuring that $20,000 will go toward helping these children.
