An international development professional with 12 years experience working in social development projects. Esteban has worked previously in rural and child development with organizations such as Christian Children's Fund and Catholic Relief Services. Esteban has also worked with UNICEF as a Private Sector Fundraising Officer. Esteban has worked with TFW since 2001.

Esteban's interests involve organizational strengthening, human resource capacity development, fundraising and social justice. He is actively involved in his religious community and serves as a Board member for a local child development agency.

An international development professional with 5 years experience working in socio-economic development activities in Latin America and Central Asia. In 2002, Laura worked with the Centro de Estudios de la Mujer in Tegucigalpa on a program to end gender-based violence. In 2005, Laura received a Fellowship in International Development Management with the Aga Khan Foundation, and went on to work with the Mountain Societies Development Support Program in Tajikistan as their communications coordinator. Laura has been involved with TFW since 2006.

Her interests include strategic planning and policy formation, gender-sensitive approaches to development, and communication strategies. Laura enjoys volunteering in the immigration settlement sector in her community.

Melanie has an accounting background and has studied Business Administration / Accounting at St. Lawrence and Algonquin Colleges and the CGA (Certified General Accountants Association). Melanie has had 12 years experience in the field of accounting and administration in Canada and at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC. She has a specific interest in the non-profit sector and has been with TFW since 2004.

With a strong professional accounting background, Susana has over 20 years experience working in the field of accounting, administration and finance within the private, non-governmental, charitable and community sectors. She holds a strong interest in human rights and development issues. Susana has worked with the Jesuit Centre for Social Faith and Justice, Greenpeace, Our Times Publishing, and Lorne Waldman Barrister and Solicitor, in a variety of accounting and managerial positions.

Susana has worked extensively as a volunteer in refugee organizations, human rights groups and community organizations in Argentina and Canada.
